TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
To start production, there is a down payment of 50% of the total price of the order.
This balance will be paid off once the tiles are collected at our facilities or before shipping (Delivery shall pay all shipping charges).
In case that the order is on stock, payment shall be done in full before this is collected at our facilities or before shipping.
The order will be considered accepted, as well as our terms and conditions of sale and warranty policy upon reception of due payment (downpayment).
Cancellation of a personalized order, will not be accepted after three days of due payment.
In case of damaged tiles, it`s important report it immediately by email attaching photographic evidence regarding your claim. This complaint shall be done on the very same day of tiles arrival. ; further claims will not be accepted.

It’s very important to verify the tiles upon the arrival.
The tiles are made one by one and, due to the tile’s nature, clients might expect slight variations in the sizing, colors and designs in all of our products.
It’s the client’s responsibility to measure the space and the quantity of tiles to be ordered, MUSAIC won’t be responsible for errors in quantity, size or color.
- -MUSAIC’s warranty covers manufacture defects
- -Any tile showing any manufacturing defect will be ASAP. Keep in mind that a new manufacture process will have to take place Complains shall be filed prior installation or use .
- -Under no circumstance MUSAIC will bear a financial liability beyond tiles sale price.
- -Warranty will not cover cracking or breaking under normal circumstances.
